What you are supporting

Your contribution supports XB Lifelog development and the work needed to build, test and improve the prototype. The campaign's gross fundraising goal is US$175,000, with an intended development and operating period of approximately 24 months. These are planning targets, not guarantees.

Voluntary support, not an investment

Contributions are voluntary development support. They do not purchase an app, reward or preorder, and do not grant shares, a loan, ownership rights or any financial return. No charitable status or tax deductibility is claimed. Separate investment, sponsorship or commercial arrangements must be agreed with Vitalog directly.

One-time and monthly payments

One-time contributions are charged once. The US$5, US$25 and US$100 monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Review the recipient, amount, currency, billing schedule and any charges shown in PayPal before approving payment. PayPal decides which payment methods are available; eligible visitors may pay using a debit or credit card.

Cancel future monthly support

You can cancel your monthly support through the automatic-payment or subscription controls in PayPal. Follow PayPal's confirmation and effective cancellation date. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund contributions already paid. If you need help, contact info@vitalog.me.

Non-refundable contributions

Vitalog does not offer voluntary refunds for contributions, including previous monthly payments. Contributions remain non-refundable if development plans change, the project takes longer than expected, or work is paused or discontinued, except where a refund or reversal is required by applicable law or payment-provider rules. This policy does not limit non-waivable legal rights or applicable PayPal or card-issuer dispute procedures.

For an incorrect, duplicate or unauthorised charge, contact info@vitalog.me and your payment provider promptly. Include the transaction reference, date and amount; never send card details, passwords or security codes.

Development and use of funds

XB Lifelog remains in development. Support does not guarantee completion, delivery dates, particular features, access or project outcomes. Funds support development staff, testing, tools, hosting, internet, electricity and related operating costs. Applicable payment charges, fundraising costs, taxes and currency conversion may reduce the amount available for development.

Payment records and privacy

Payments are processed by PayPal; this website does not collect card numbers. PayPal's confirmation and transaction records govern payment status. A button click or return to this website is not proof of settlement, and the website does not automatically update a fundraising total from PayPal. See our privacy notice for website data handling.
